I got rested up and practiced lesson 3. As a result I have a whole new awareness of myself. I see that this journey has been an effort of carving out of stone, so directly and so indisputable from the bedrock of my soul, an image of my true self. This carving is a result of my tremendous courage and desire to truly be happy, deep inside where the waters run calm. This new awareness provides me with a sold structure to continually have a sense of true self worth, resulting in clarity of thoughts. This new, solid image is supported by knowing I have the tools to continue making better choices; to practice love and forgiveness.
